We constantly stay in touch with our property owners, ensuring they are consistently informed on a regular basis. A specially designed generic system was created to provide properties with their own unique electronic passport. The system maintains all data and all current, past, and future reservations, as well, as the amount of rental income generated. The system allows owners access to all running costs and expenses, as well, they can see their final balance at the end.

The marketing and advertising of your property is handled by our marketing department. We take part in property rent exhibitions, run various advertising campaigns, advertise on the Internet through our website and our partners network and others. As an owner, you are charged a certain percentage of the whole process, but it is always within reasonable limits.

Our commission for a short-term rental in a residential property is 17% of the gross rental income or 50% of the first monthly rent for a long-term letting (more than one month). Please note that all properties we let need to be synchronized with all legal and administrative requirements and habitation certificates for tourism and accommodation purposes. We do not do refurbishments.
