Teambuilding in Troyan Balkan

Team motivation and more effective inner communication were the main goals of the teambuilding, organized for Winslow Developments’ employees last weekend (27-29 June 2008). The event was led by Teambuilding Adventures and the place was the village of Chiflik, Troyan district. The amusing games and the challenging assignments both entertained and brought closer together the participants of  Winslow team which has been constantly increasing in numbers during the last year, following the company’s expansion.
Eventually, all team players left the Troyan Balkan with muscles fatigue but with smiling faces and anticipation of similar events in the future. What follows next is … to achieve the pursued far-reaching goal of every team building – a united corporate team and better financial results.
